Davanya is an attorney within our commercial department.
She is typically engaged on real estate transactions, and routinely assists investors in relocating to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
In addition to her work at the firm, Davanya serves in several professional leadership capacities. She is the representative of the Turks and Caicos Islands on the Council of the Young Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Davanya also serves as secretary of the Junior Bar Committee of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association.
Davanya completed her masters in Legal Practice with distinction and graduated with first class honours in Business Law (LLB) both from the Nottingham Law School, England.

- Preparing and registering commercial leases.
- Montserrat land recovery in respect of fraudulent disposition of parcels in 53-acre oceanfront development spanning 42 proceedings (with others at the firm).
- Assisting with advice on land accretion issues arising from eruption of Soufriere Hills volcano, Montserrat (in conjunction with Tim Prudhoe).
- Firm lead at industry meetings on economic substance reforms and advising clients on economic substance regime and filing requirements.
