Sam is an experienced lawyer, specialising in real estate and real estate finance transactions.

Sam advises clients on commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, including advice on related planning and infrastructure agreements and developer fundingand operational requirements for such projects. He regularly acts as co-counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam was a partner at Steptoe & Johnson UK LLP (the London office of Washington based international law firm Steptoe & Johnson LLP).

Advising a NYSE listed data centre operator in relation to an agreement for the development and letting of a new data centre facility in docklands, London, UK.
Advising one of the UK’s leading retirement village developers in relation to numerous conditional acquisition and infrastructure contracts.
Advising a UK residential developer in relation to the development of “build-to-rent” schemes in Dublin, Ireland.
Advising a UK developer in relation to a waterfront development to create a retail, residential, and hotel development.
Advising UK retirement village and residential developers on finance documents to obtain funding for acquisition and development costs.
Advising on the UK real estate aspects of the acquisition by a NASDAQ listed data centre operator of a leading European data centre operator.
