As an insolvency lawyer, Tim Prudhoe has appeared for companies resisting winding-up petitions and creditors seeking such or removal of existing officers-holder.

He also has acted for officer-holders across multiple jurisdictions, often on complex issues of recognition and conflicts of law. Tim has taken appointments as liquidator in both the Turks & Caicos Islands as well as overseas. His is a background of asset recovery for the benefit of creditors and the monetising of preference payment and other clawback-back types of claim. Tim also has experience of litigation funding issues.
